Had a clogged drain that was causing serious issues. Matthew from Raps Plumbing came out to take care of it. Super friendly, easy to work with, and knew exactly what he was doing. He figured out the problem fast and had everything running smoothly again. Really solid guy — if you need plumbing help, he’s the one you want.

I had a great experience with Raps. They were quick to come out and assess the issue, quick to do the repair, and the price was very reasonable. Marc is a true professional, did a thorough and careful job, and explained the work to me (which I always really appreciate). In a world too full of questionable companies, I would definitely hire Raps again and will be requesting Marc next time too!

Hot Water Heater Died. Called RAPS. They were there within the hour. On a Saturday. They did not have the 50 Gallon Hot Water Heater in stock. They went to a supply house in Shelton and came back with an AO Smith Pro Series 50 Gallon. RAPS also sells and installs Bradford White. I selected AO Smith because they can last up to 40 years or longer if flushed at least every 5 years. I took RAPS extended service plan-the 2 year plan. A very good deal. The removal of my Hot Water Heater and Installation of my New Hot Water Heater went very smoothly. I was surprised that the removal of the old Hot Water Heater and the Installation of the new Hot Water Heater was accomplished with just one Plumber! Mathew the owners son. Matt is very professional, courteous, listens to customers needs and doesn't waste time. He gets the job done right, fast and efficiently. Everything went without a Hitch. Perfect Install. Great Pirce and Service and I did not have to wait. Matt saved the day. Thank you Matthew. Now my wife and I are enjoying our new AO Smith Hot Water Heater and will continue to do so with the Support of RAPS Service for a very long time. Their Company Slogan "RAPS in a Snap" is no joke. It is just like you see in the TV Commercial.

Efficient, timely, and professional service. Joseph M. our tech was knowledgeable, and made every attempt to get our furnace working so that we would have heat before leaving. They worked with us even in the middle of a snowstorm. The price was fair and reasonable.Would definitely use them again!

When we called for service, we thought that the problem could wait a day or too. So the appt was scheduled for a few days out. Then a few minutes later, it turned out that we needed it fixed that day. They were able to move things around and get us in later that same day. Great relief and they did an amazing job. Love that they send a text with who the plumber will be, so you can trust to open the door.

They were amazing. Our heat was not working properly yesterday in the snowstorm. They couldn’t come out but helped me over the phone so it wouldn’t go below 65. By noon the day after it was fixed and at a very reasonable price. Very thankful for Raps plumbing.

We had a water heater go down, Raps came out the next day. Fixed it fast and found a part that needed replacement, found it was under warranty for 20 days longer and ordered that part under the wire. Very happy with the service!

Called Rap’s in the morning with a burst pipe. They sent Marc a few hours later to inspect the damage. He explained everything in terms that I understood, as well as preventative measures, and clearly mapped out the pricing beforehand. Marc was exceptionally kind, performed the repair very timely and left no trace of debris afterwards. Rap’s has earned my loyalty! Thank you, Marc, you’re a great guy.

Marc and Eva were awesome! We had an unknown object flushed and stuck down the toilet- they were so nice and informative throughout the whole process you can tell they are very knowledgeable and professional. And the best part they got the object out! Great service and great technicians :)

I had a recent water heater debacle (a big leak, the whole mess) and Marc, Matt and Paul were immediately responsive, took great care to fix my water heaters, and went above and beyond on the level of service and attention we received.. I highly recommend this team. They are professional, experts and just did an overall excellent job.
